While the property is not directly on the river or tucked away in the woods, it is well located for guests who want to enjoy Duluth’s outdoor activities and then come back to a warm, practical, and welcoming place to unwind.

We especially cater to guests coming to Duluth for outdoor adventure. The mudroom is set up for gear storage, with space for bikes, skis, snowboards, jackets, boots, and other outdoor equipment. Guests are welcome to bring bikes, skis, snowboards, snowmobiles, and trailers. The property has designated off-street parking for up to two vehicles parked back-to-back, and street parking may also be available nearby. Guests with trailers should plan parking carefully and must follow posted street signs and City of Duluth alternate-side parking rules. The Munger Trail is about one block away for summer and winter activities.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

We’ve lived in the Riverside neighborhood of Duluth since 2014 and live right next to our vacation rentals. We love this area and enjoy sharing it with guests who are visiting Duluth for outdoor adventures, local events, family trips, and relaxing getaways. We enjoy creating warm, welcoming spaces where guests can feel comfortable, settle in, and have a great home base while exploring Duluth and the North Shore. Our 4-year-old is a big helper too and likes being part of making the spaces feel welcoming for guests.
