This cozy, pet-friendly townhome sleeps up to 5 guests and gives you space to cook, relax and settle in together after a day outdoors.
ROOM FOR THE FAMILY
The first floor includes a mudroom entry, full kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs are two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Prepare breakfast before heading out, enjoy dinner together and unwind in the living room. A washer and dryer make longer visits convenient.
WINTER ADVENTURES
Enjoy nearby skiing and snowboarding at Spirit Mountain, then return to a warm home with space for boots, jackets, skis and snowboards.
The Lower/Grand Avenue Chalet is approximately a 1-minute drive away, while the Upper/Skyline Chalet is approximately 7–10 minutes away. Check your lesson and equipment-rental confirmation for the correct chalet and arrival instructions. Travel times vary with winter weather and road conditions.
SUMMER AND FALL ADVENTURES
The Munger Trail is about one block away, with nearby opportunities for biking, hiking and exploring the St. Louis River area. The mudroom provides indoor storage for bikes and outdoor gear. Spend your days exploring Duluth and return to your own kitchen and comfortable living space.
Canal Park and the Lakewalk are approximately 12–15 minutes away by car, making it easy to combine outdoor adventures with restaurants, shopping and waterfront visits.
PETS AND PARKING
Pets are welcome. Please keep them leashed outdoors and clean up after them.
Designated off-street parking accommodates up to two vehicles parked back-to-back. Guests bringing a snowmobile or trailer should contact us before arrival to discuss parking arrangements. Street parking is subject to posted signs and Duluth’s alternate-side parking rules.
YOUR STAY
Loon Lookout is a side-by-side townhome in Duluth’s residential Riverside neighborhood. It is not a secluded or riverfront property. Some exterior areas may be shared with neighboring units or guests. Both bedrooms and the bathroom require stairs.
Bathroom: The home has one full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. Please note that the tub has a higher-than-standard 23.5-inch step-over height. The shower head is also positioned lower than in many modern showers. Guests with mobility limitations or who prefer a taller shower setup should keep this in mind when booking.
We live nearby and are available if you need help, while giving you privacy to enjoy your stay.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We’ve lived in the Riverside neighborhood of Duluth since 2014 and live right next to our vacation rentals. We love this area and enjoy sharing it with guests who are visiting Duluth for outdoor adventures, local events, family trips, and relaxing getaways. We enjoy creating warm, welcoming spaces where guests can feel comfortable, settle in, and have a great home base while exploring Duluth and the North Shore. Our 4-year-old is a big helper too and likes being part of making the spaces feel welcoming for guests.
